噴霧系統采用精密型調節閥門進行數字化調節，方便管理，并采用日本專用噴嘴，氣缸移動式（步進馬達移動式為可選項）。三面抽風過濾系統，助焊劑自動恒壓供給系統。可使噴霧流量迅速達到飽和（發泡方式為可選項）。

The spray system is digitally adjusted by the precision adjusting valve, which is convenient for management and adopts the Japanese special nozzle, and the cylinder mobile type (stepping motor movable type is optional). 新型大容量爐膽結構（500kg）,熱穩定性高，8小時連續工作時氧化渣為2-3kg，前后錫波為近距離設計（約30mm）,減少二次沖擊。氧化渣自動聚焦，維護方便，不產生可飄揚的錫黑粉。

The new structure of large capacity furnace gallbladder (500kg) has high thermal stability. The oxidized slag is 2-3kg when it works continuously for 8 hours. The front and rear tin waves are designed in close distance (about 30mm), which reduces the secondary impact. Oxygen slag auto-focusing, easy to maintain, does not produce fluttering tin black powder.
